Dr Lin Is one of the beat doctors we had we’ve been for years his patients all of our family of 5 he always listens and always check everything, amazing doctor, Kristy at the reception is amazing

I go to the other clinic in this group and have gone there for an appointment and it was closed. Had a very bad experience at the one at Robina today. They are both very poorly run doctor's surgeries with Indian doctors who do not know what they are doing. Have found a new practice later today and will never go back there. Terribly run.

Rang and made an appointment for a yellow fever vaccination only to tell us on arrival that no one was qualified to do it.
A 45 minute drive each way it definitely was not a good experience.
Train your staff so they know what you can and can’t do.

Absolutely brilliant. The young India doctor that saw me today was AMAZING!!! I don’t say that lightly but he is sooo deserving of the good review as I’ve never had such an amazing doctor as this young man. I’m 59 and have seen many dr’s thru out my life time, but this Dr. All in can say is wow!! Never have I experienced such a wonderful knowledgeable doctor in my life time, AND he took the time to explain everything, he is simply remarkable!!!! 😊🙏

I rang to make a appointment for my toddler and explained what I was making a appointment for, the male receptionist said he knew exactly what I was coming in for and could be done that day at 3pm.
Turned up for appt to be told by doctor that it was alot of admin and he was too busy and I needed to see the nurse. I was rebooked for today (two days later) at 9am to see the nurse. Confirmation came through yesterday to confirm appointment at 9.10am. I replied yes. Turned up today for appointment to be told there was no appointment for my son and there was no nurse working that morning and could I come back in the afternoon. Female receptionist today was apologetic so that was something but the whole experience here was a total waste of time and very disorganised. Will not be returning. Very disappointed to say the least!

Dr Sri is excellent! He’s very thorough with extracting information to form diagnoses. He doesn’t over diagnose, gives careful advice to assist patients. My husband & I find him an excellent Dr.
Reception staff are friendly & efficient, always helpful.
Nurse is very professional & pleasant.
Overall, we’re very grateful for service & professionals @ this medical Center over many years. B
