Excellent. My diabetic educator, Kate is outstanding and she has supported me to reduce my blood sugars and keep them level.
She is professional yet warm, engaging non judgmental and caring with empathy.
All staff at the clinic were lovely.
I am delighted with my treatment.

My father- and mother-in-law recently had a consultation with Dr. Subakumar. Since English isn't their first language and the proper translator wasn't provided despite their request, they recorded the session to review it with us later. We were shocked by what we heard. The doctor was EXTREMELY rude, condescending, dismissive and offered little to no explanation or help. After months of waiting for this appointment, it was heartbreaking to hear how not only unprofessional but also incompetent this doctor was. If you're seeking help for dementia or Alzheimer’s, this is definitely NOT the place.

Fever clinic visit. Very well organised, staff make you feel comfortable and reassured etc. The thing up your nose is definitely memorable. Thank God I'm in Queensland and it's probably just a sore throat 🙂

Told today that all Robina testing sites closed at midday because they were ‘too busy’. Went to both and made a special trip to be tested. Big light up traffic signs all state open until 6pm but no, closed at midday.

The health minister stated Qld has been preparing for 12 months for this outbreak yet your primary line of testing defence has failed at the first hurdle in one of the states busiest holiday precincts. You are a disgrace

Got there this morning at 7.00 to get tested for covid ,& after 9 hours & been very close to been tested today, we were told that they had enough tests ,but not enough staff to do it, so after getting badly sunburnt, & not feeling the best ,we were turned away, what a absolute pathetic joke. I'm sure if it was someone important, they wouldn't have been treated like that ,& the stupid state government blames staff shortages, when they have more than enough time to have this all sorted out, what a bunch of tossers.

Why would you deploy nurses on the counter doing administrative tasks and managing crowds. These resources should be used solely for swabbing patients. But instead it's one patient at a time. Queensland Health are very underprepared and have had years to get this right.

Lining up in the covid testing line and seems very understaffed, have waited in the same spot for 45 minutes not moving and been here a total of 3 hours and still haven’t made it to the tents yet! Have also seen 5 nurses walking around outside! And one of the workers say they test 25-30 people an hour! Worst covid testing I’ve ever come across! Very poorly run!

What a nightmare. Surgeon organised urgent appointment for me to see OT. Reception rang & said they were putting me in to see podiatrist. I told them I was supposed to see an OT, but receptionist refused. Arrived next day for the podiatrist to tell me we can't help you, you need to see an OT. We spoke to OT & this was confirmed. Only problem is I now need a new referral. Took me 2 weeks to get in to see GP. Got new referral for OT. I called reception & was told I had to wait for them to call me. A few days later they called & said that it was not an OT that I needed to see but the lymphedema dept & to wait for their call. They rang a week later to tell me that the first available appointment was weeks away & after my check up with my surgeon to see whether the OT had helped. Had to laugh, but no wonder I have stress in my life
