I have been seeing Dr Appanna for approx. 10 years and I can honestly attest that he is the most thorough and genuine GP I have encountered. Yes he is often running behind, however when it is your turn in the chair you forget about the wait as you understand he has treated the previous patients just as thoroughly and with the same great care as yourself. The front end staff are fully aware of the frustrations of patient's time restraints and in conjunction with the doctors / nurses collaboration are adapting and improving communication to minimise inconvenience. Remember people, this is your health - it is not a sausage factory.

Had a disappointing experience with the reception .
I expected this role to be filled by someone with a higher level of responsibility , communication skills, and courtesy to be able to communicate effectively with patients.

Dr Naidoo and Dr Appana are Drs that genuinely really care . They spend quality time with each patient. My and husband and I have been seeing them both for years and appreciate them both for their dedication and care factor .

Dr Prakash is an excellent doctor, he has a gentle bedside manner and is extremely professional, my 2 year old loves her visits to him. She always feels comfortable and happy around him even when she isn’t feeling great.

Dr Chinthi and Dr Appanna always take the time to listen to my questions and concerns. They always check for anything that is relevant to my age as well. Where most GPs seem to be in a hurry to rush people through, it’s great to know there are still good doctors. I don’t mind paying for a gap for good service. I’ve been going to Robina Family Medical Centre for years.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and rude. Each time I have come here I have been right on time and had to wait over an hour. Tonight I asked the receptionist (after a half hour wait) how much longer it would be because I didn't have the time to wait for hours- she said the doctor won't be much longer- I waited another 25 minutes and left. Allocate longer consults, or tell clients an appropriate time. It's inconsiderate so I can imagine how little the doctors care about my health. I'm going to a different clinic. I suggest others do the same.

We came to this practice after a few bad experiences elsewhere but have been so impressed with all the doctors here. Dr Naidoo is amazing with babies and children. Very thorough and compassionate. We've seen most of the doctors here over the past 2 years and everyone has been awesome. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

This was my first visit to this clinic and I will never be returning. Arrived at 10.05 for a 10.10 appointment. Waited for half an hour and then I decided to ask how much longer the dr was going to be as I needed to go to work. I was then told that i am about to be called in. After another 10 minutes, still no dr. I went and told the unprofessional receptionist that I couldn't wait any longer as i needed to get to work by 11am. No apology or anything. If drs are running late, do the decent thing and let patients know instead of keeping them waiting. It's not difficult. If I could give no stars, I would have. I wish I had saw what bad reviews this place had as I wouldn't have wasted my time. Every other clinic in my area was booked out - except for these guys, and this is why. what a joke.
