The spa has a great atmosphere, really calming experience. I did my first whole body Cryotherapy there and was pretty nervous but Shaun talked me through the whole thing which helped! Also did the sauna and compression. Highly recommend everything I tried. Can’t wait to go back and try the other treatements ?

Just had my first experience at RLABS, the facility is pristine, the service was very professional, tried the Cryotherapy, Red Light Sauna & leg compression, feel great now, no muscle soreness & have had great sleep. Can highly recommend.

I had an hour float, 30 mins on the pressure pants and a cryotherapy facial and it was a really wonderful experience. Lee was super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my time immensely. I'll definitely be back for more treatments.

After having my quad tendon surgically reattached, I headed straight to R/Labs for the Hyperbaric Chamber. Wound healed extremely quickly, and swelling reduced significantly in the first week. Would highly recommend this treatment for anybody looking to speed up their recovery.
Great staff who are always helpful and friendly, with great facilities.

First experience at R Labs was awesome, Lee is a complete Gentleman and explained everything in detail. The clinic is pristine and all the equipment is first class. If you are looking for a place to relax or to unwind R Labs is definitely the place to go.

Seriously the best experience. R-Labs is truly spectacular, the place is absolutely stunning and the staff were world class. I came in for Cryotherapy, Compression and a Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank session. Woweeee! I will be back.
