My normal GP operates out of a private clinic and is away on holidays. I was recommended by my private clinic to use this service until she returns.

The Clinic is clean and reception is very helpful. I have been with my current private practice for over 10years, and this practice has presented the same high standards. I felt comfortable and the treating doctor was very informative and sincere.

Easy to make booking for a weekend appointment. Appointment times can be a little delayed, like many Doctors surgeries. Have been seeing Dr Dilium now for some time and she is very good.

I’ve had bad experiences at this clinic time and time again. The waiting times go up to 40 mins every time I’ve been here only to have my appointment last around 2 minutes.
The doctor didn’t greet me or ask me how I was. She stood 3m away from me at all times and did not perform a clinical exam on me. I told her what my problem was and instead of asking further questions or performing a thorough exam on me, she went straight to just prescribing me with Antibiotics and Steroids and didn’t give proper instructions on how to take them. I felt rushed through the whole process and I feel like most doctors here haven’t met the standard of care expected from them. It feels like they don’t care at all. Will not be coming here again.

Although appointment was half an hour behind, I can’t fault the service really. Some patients monopolise the doctors appointments and unfortunately this knock on effect means a wait for following patients, not the Doctors or receptionists fault. Would recommend this practice.

I’ve been here twice now, very pleasant staff and Doctor. Very handy having Pathology right there too. Easy online booking, and quick checkin.
Even though both of my appointments were last ones of the day, I was only waiting 15 mins over my app time.
I like the Doctor I’m seeing, this is now my GP.

Reception staff are lovely.
Doctors are a different story. Attended my appointment today as per directions from the hospital.
Spoke to the doctor about my pain (Diagnosed Pancreatitis).
Doctor treated me like a drug seeker and provided no assistance for pain management.
I would actually like to get back to work, but can't as no care was provided to me today. Absolutely shattered.

Dr Aaron Santos is fantastic. He genuinely cares about his patients and always insists on a follow-up should symptoms persist. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality medical advice. Thank you again Aaron for your continued care.

Prior to coming to Riverway Medical, we went to another clinic for many years... the treatment from that clinic was appalling and we did not stand for it and were told to move on - best thing we ever did. I've since been diagnosed with a chronic illness and see Dr Santos regarding my care. He is all over everything, recalls if he has concerns with tests taken and always takes precautions..its the ladies at the front desk that make all the difference, particularly Leah. They go out of their way to make sure you can see your dr in a timely manner and are more than happy to accommodate any needs or requests without drama..
