I am SO grateful for Dr Adeel Arshad. Over the last 2 years, he has helped me overcome a late diagnosis of ADHD while working with my PMDD. Not only did he thoroughly help me through the world of new medications, he also helped me understand the need for self-regulating and recognising lifestyle patterns.
We have been able to 'play' with dosage, changing medications and even trialling going off some.
I'm so confident in having him on my health team.
Cannot recommend it enough.
I can't believe how lucky we are to have such an amazing doctor regionally.

I can't thank Dr Adeel enough for his support and understanding throughout my ADHD diagnosis. I was nervous about reaching out, but he made the entire process feel comfortable and judgement free.

From the moment I met Dr Adeel Arshard he made me feel comfortable to speak about what I needed to. I always recommend anyone to him as I find him down to earth, caring and actually wants to help people. I wish I had seen him years ago! If I could give 10 stars I would !!!

I can't believe how lucky I am to have been recommended Dr Adeel and the team at Riverina Specialist Psychiatry. With every visit and phone call, the staff have been gentle, patient and understanding. Dr Adeel is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. After just the first appointment, I really felt so understood and hopeful for the future after a lifetime of not knowing why I struggled so much. It's coming up to 12 months since my first visit, and since getting Dr Adeel's help and support, my life really has changed so much. I have seen Dr Adeel over the last 3 years to improve my management of ADHD. I was blow away by Dr Adeel's insights and wide range of strategies that I have been able to implement into my daily routine. Dr Adeel has been extremely perceptive in discerning my ADHD traits, especially, when I only see him for one hour every six months. I could not recommend Dr Adeel more highly as an extremely experienced and knowledgeable psychiatrist.

After decades of poor written examination performance, it was suggested that I consider an ADHD diagnosis. Dr Adeel and his team have supported me through this process of diagnosis and more importantly forward management as I come to grips with managing my "SuperPower".
