Carl and his team do a great job. I've seen them for all 3 of our pregnancies/children and our family since 2014. If I can't get into see him for an urgent appointment for the kids, I've always been impressed with the other doctors service and bedside manner. Particular mention also to Kylie & Alison in reception & their nurse Meredith , who are always friendly, professional and helpful in getting us in where they can when we need it. Thanks guys!

I would like to give zero stars but unfortunately I can't.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Riverina Family Medicine with my child for a simple ear wax blockage issue, and the experience left me utterly appalled. In all my years of dealing with medical professionals, I have never encountered such a level of ineptitude and indifference.

I had hoped for a swift and effective resolution to my problem, however, what I received was a mere five minutes of their time, during which they informed me that they lacked the necessary instruments to address my child’s blocked ear and suggested I see an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. To add insult to injury, I was slapped with a bill for a staggering $90 for this so-called "service."

1. Lack of Proper Equipment: It is utterly unacceptable for a medical professional to be ill-equipped to handle a routine ear blockage. This is a fundamental expectation, and the doctors failure to meet it is nothing short of a disgrace.

2. Minimal Effort: Spending a mere five minutes with a patient is a clear indication of a complete disregard for their well-being. This lack of attention and care is not what anyone expects when seeking medical assistance.

3. Unjustified Charges: Charging $90 for essentially turning me away and suggesting I see another specialist is nothing short of a blatant money grab. I expected to pay for a service rendered, but in this case, I received nothing but disappointment.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with Riverina Family Medicine’s "services." Their inability to handle a routine medical issue, the apathetic attitude displayed during my visit, and the audacity to charge me a hefty fee for doing nothing are all inexcusable. I strongly advise anyone in need of medical assistance to steer clear of this surgery and seek out a healthcare professional who actually cares about their patients' well-being.

ZERO SCORE. Impossible to get through to? Kept calling at all times of the day only to get a recorded message saying staff are on lunch between 1-145pm. Doesn't have any other way of making contact, almost like they actually don't care about their patients at all.
