I have been using Rise and Shine for plan management of my son's plan for a few years now. Liz has always been very thorough and easy to talk to, ask questions and clarify any uncertainties.

Invoices are always paid within a reasonable timeframe and she will follow up any invoices that are questionable.

The most incompetent plan managers I have ever come across. Liz insists that she will get back to you, and never does. Calls, texts, and emails go unresponded. It is a disgrace to deliver such terrible customer service when your organisation prides itself on helping people living with disabilities.
Listen to the bad reviews, you're better off with any other plan manager.

Never return your emails. I have been trying for weeks to get the app working to access my funding/invoice details that the company likes us to use and they have ignored me. This is not the first time it's taken ages for them get them to pick up the phone or reply to my emails and get back to me. Looking at other reviews it seems I'm not the only one this is happening to.
