I had an injured neck and L shoulder from a bicycle fall 4years ago. I exacerbated this last August when I fell while cycling in New Zealand. The care and help that I have had from Lizl and Rachel is 2nd to none. I walked out of my first appt with no pain. It did come back but now after 6 visits, most days I cannot feel any pain.
