Finding this pool has been life changing for me. I have made new friends and my rehabilitation now seems like fun instead of a chore.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and the facilities are very good indeed. The lady on the front desk on Sundays is just wonderful. She is a real asset to the council.
One comment: the pool seems much cooler these days. I find a warmer pool much better for my rehabilitation. I wonder if the temperature could be raised a little please?

Staff excellent but pool is not warm enough. I believe the range should be 33 to 36 degrees for hydrotherapy it would be lucky if it is 30 degrees.this needs to be looked at. Member portal does not work to freeze Account.

Hello been attending Hydro for yrs, what ive noticed is a common issue with water temperature seems more on the cooler side these days, so perhaps if this could be adequately addressed will really help with pain management for many clients and and customers.

All the life savers are polite friendly and just all lovely, so well done guys.

Finally what a great asset to have Jodie Leech on board, shes super friendly, helpful and displays such wonderful customers service skills, she is highly competent and outstanding when dealing with customers.

I have been going here for quite some time ..i must say the staff are fantastic the life saves are fantastic as well ... The temp in the water is perfect toilets are always clean parking is good atmosphere is great need kiosk there would be brilliant also Very friendly peolpe and helpfull ..the receptionists are helpful and respectful the one on one hydrotherapyest are really good in what they do much appreciate you guys keep up the good work..
Also everyone there is like a family ...cheers guys love you all . I Like to mention Mona and Jacklyn..And all the Staff..thumbs guys

So many things to like about this place. Very friendly and helpful staff from the moment you walk in the door. Very clean facilities. I always bring my patients here and they love how clean and easily accessible it is. Plenty of parking on site. Great available equipment. Would highly recommend for hydrotherapy rehab!!

The facility itself is okay. Water temp varies, not sure why. Most of the time water temp is warm and great, at times, its bordering cold.

Just today, there was a kid (maybe 6-10y/o) allowed to accompany his nana. He was splashing and running in the water and was quite distracting. Why allow this People come to the HYDROTHERAPHY centre to recover from injury, not for kids to play around in. There is a different pool for that outside.

Also, before I left, I saw the lady lifeguard on duty around 8:30am was not very helpful towards a gentleman who was struggling to get a centre wheelchair needed to be hoisted unto the pool. Took her sweet time before offering any help.

Very Friendly staff and professional support and help. The pool is clean and plenty of equipment to use while in the pool would fully recommend Ripples Hydrotherapy.

Not enough shower facilities or toilets and when there is an issue at the centre being closed due to an incident in the pool no notice to members….
