I had a great experience at the Rigs facility in Bundall. I had come in with some repetitive use injuries/inflammation from work and sport. I used the hot/cold magnesium pools and steam sauna and finished my session with a full body cryo. My experience with the staff from start to finish was exceptional, they were welcoming and very informative. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for extra help in their recovery process or even a weekly decompress.

The staff and members at Rigs Recovery Bundall amazing. It is by far the best recovery centre I’ve been to. The vibe is unreal. Daylight between this place and second, no contest. I’ve never walked out of there not feeling like a million bucks.

Special shout out to the future Matilda midfielder Jayde. Her H&C toasties are legendary. If you haven’t had one then we’ve got nothing to talk about. Second only to her friendly service, soccer skills, and professionalism 👊

Sadly this facility is going downhill. On my last visit on a Friday afternoon, I counted 12 people in the sauna. One of the sauna's doesn't work and one of the pools was out of order. The bathrooms were flooding and dirty. The hot tub had 10 people in it. Really disappointing experience.

Trying to book is a nightmare. Website view keep bringing up palm Beach over bundall. It then want to download an app, brings up Apple store when using hit the play store button all i wanted to do is book

It’s not that busy so far.
It’s like a heaven when I close my eyes 😌
Relax and comfortable with it 😚
I’m trying to make my routine there but the clock on the walls was not stable 😅
I don’t have a waterproof watch,so I need it work correctly 😁
