The Townsville Right at Home service was provided to us through Carer Gateway - it was meant to be a means of support. Right at Home Townsville made this an incredibly difficult and extremely stressful experience.
The lack of communication, lack of transparency, lack of honesty (eg - lying about referral receipt, hanging up intentionally when I called to ask about resumption of services) the gross over charging for cleaning services - the entire experience has been terrible and despite the people who came to our house being lovely, I would not recommend Right at Home Townsville.

This place is horrible, they way they treat their clients and staff is horrible . Do not communicate, are completely bully’s , lots of elder abuse happens here my mother Gail is a client in this company and I want to get her out asap
