Had the opportunity to meet with Charlotte from RAH today. To say the service and our first-time experience was good would be such an understatement. It was absolutely amazing. We had a confirmed appointment within 48 hours of contacting RAH. Charlotte was so helpful taking the time to explain everything in a caring, compassionate and easy to understand way. This is a complex process to go through and often, emotionally challenging for elderly parents. Thanks to Charlotte, my 89 year old mother immediately felt calm, in control and well informed, as she explained everything in great detail. Thank you and well done team.

The team from Right at Home North Queensland are wonderful looking after our elderly parents. They come twice per week and their interactions are caring and respectful. It’s reassuring to know the team is also supported by a nursing coordinator who provides high level advice and guidance when needed. We also have lawn mowing services organised through the team, and the service provider they selected is an absolute gentleman who takes the time to do a beautiful job of the yard. We highly recommend the team - they’ve given us the comfort of knowing we have a support system in place to support our elderly parents in their home.

I would like to comment on the staff at Right At Home. Each person I have made contact with have always been extremely helpful and acted very promptly to my request. I have been happy knowing each person is cared for as an individual. My Mum Mary is very content with staff and personal carers.

Right at Home is the most wonderful Provider that I could have ever wished for. Their staff are very friendly and helpful especially in emergencies. Last week I needed transport to a Day Hospital and they arranged a lovely lady at the last minute to transport me to the Hospital and come with me inside and waited whilst I checked in and to be called in for my Cataract Operation.
Also I cannot speak too highly for the ladies I have had to clean my unit each week.
All have been carefully selected and apart from impeccable cleaning they share a great social friendly time with me which I so look forward to.
I feel so lucky to have Right at Home as my Provider.

Contact was good and responsive, but for a disabled person they don't understand what to ask for. Right at home need to check in with clients and family FORTNIGHTLY. The cleaner we had assigned to client was terrible the place a complete mess and filthy with food and bugs/insects. Glad we have moved on now.
The statements go to client who does not understand and the family don't know how expenses are going, this is so WRONG.
