I recently had a remedial massage with Laura at Right At Home Allied Health, Bulimba, after a week of shoulder pain and stress. She listened attentively to my concerns and tailored the session to my problem areas.
The massage itself was incredible - Laura's technique was both soothing and effective, providing much needed relief. By the end of the session , I felt a significant reduction in pain and sense of calm.
I highly recommend Laura to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate remedial therapist.
Location was convenient and with on-site parking it removes any parking challenges.

Bodycode started Mat Pilates about six weeks ago and I highly recommend these classes with Surene. Her expertise and attention to detail ensure that every movement is performed correctly. I suffer from lower back and hip issues and since attending these classes I have experienced significant relief and improvement. Also having regular catch ups with Niki it all works hand in hand. Bodycode Integrative Wellbeing is the place to go. I have had the most amazing results and experience with Niki.
After 7 very long months of ear /neck pain and not going in the right direction with medical help, I was recommended by a friend to see Niki. Having never seen a chiropractor before, I was very apprehensive but with no success in easing the pain I needed help.
Niki was very caring and put me at ease straight away. Reassuring me she wouldn’t do anything I didn’t feel comfortable with while talking me through the steps she was going to take to help me. Niki took the time to listen to my whole situation and showed empathy and compassion all the while confident she could help me. After the first session I had immediate relief. I am now pain free after a few session and I am able to sleep and function at work and get back back to my normal.

I highly recommend the services at Bodycode. I particularly enjoyed my consultation with Cailie, the nutritionist. I was so surprised at the things she was able to help me with that I never considered a nutritionist could. She is very knowledgeable and helped me a lot with food and supplements to help with brain fog and energy levels. Her advice was very much appreciated and I really felt her passion for helping people.
The other practitioners I have met there are all so lovely and have great knowledge. It really is a one stop shop for wellness. Next, I would love to try a massage and maybe pilates.
They also offer chiro, physio and naturopathy as well as some other services I think. Great place!

I've been lucky enough to receive excellent care from Dr Ashleigh Lucas over the past few months, and it's made a really positive impact on my back, neck and shoulders, which used to be riddled with pain.

Dr Lucas really takes the time to understand your issues, and then tailors her treatment to ensure you walk away without pain and feel great.

I was hesitant about seeking treatment for my pain before going to Dr Lucas, but she really knows her stuff, and you're in really safe, confident hands. Couldn't recommend her enough.
