I have been going to Rythem Wellness for over a year. Darla is my physio and Pilates instructor. She understands the movement of the body and its workings.
Love doing her reformer pilates sessions, always a variety of challenges and a laugh.
And the atmosphere in the studio is so calming and fresh, plus the equipment is in great condition , always clean and the reformers just glide so well.

Rhythm Wellness is my happy place! The classes are challenging, the instructors are dynamic and expert, I’ve made new friends, and enjoy a combination of yoga and both reformer and mat pilates. It is a beautiful, nurturing, and inspired space.

My favourites Pilates/yoga/wellness space ever!! Everyone (teachers and clients) is so welcoming and there’s a great sense of community. The classes are the perfect level of challenging and manageable. Love it!!

Today i visited Rhythm Wellness at Currumbin and had the best full body massage from Massage Therapist Alexa she certainly knows her craft and I would recommend her to anyone. I also do Pilates at this wonderful place.
