I have been a patient at Rhodes Family Practice for 15 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention my family and I have received. Dr. Wendy has been an incredible support, especially during the shared care for both our children, who are now 13 and 10. Her expertise and compassionate approach make her the best in the world, in my opinion.

Dr. Kevin has also provided outstanding care. The entire family visits regularly since there's always something to be checked, and his professionalism and kindness have made each visit a positive experience.

Amy at the front desk deserves a special mention. She has been consistently amazing throughout our time at Rhodes Family Practice, always greeting us with a smile and efficiently handling all our appointments and queries. The entire team at Rhodes Family Practice truly excels in providing exceptional healthcare, and I am grateful for their dedication and support over the years.

Customer service is great and I usually see Dr.Kevin. He is a knowledgeable GP and has got patience to listen to all symptoms before coming to a conclusion. He prescribes medicines that’s just necessary and educates to build immunity or sometimes advices not to go for expensive check ups! He is such a down to earth and patient doctor I have met so far. I would have given 5 stars but the only thing is waiting time in the room.. it’s so busy and the appointments are not always on time. Nothing can be perfect right!

Dr Wendy NG is ? THE BEST GP ❤ for sure that I ever been visited both in Australia and New Zealand ? She always have the time to listen to all the relevant issues and goes above and beyond with her kind service to offer the best possible treatment. Many GPs rushed to see more patients with the intention to make more money, but Dr. Wendy never rushed and always put her best attention to the details for the patient's well-being. The reception team is also very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Moon from the reception team for offering a great customer experience. Highly recommend this GP and Dr. Wendy to anyone needs a great genuine professional GP support ?

Been through so many GPs to rhodes and wentworth point area seem so rushed and doctors don't seem like they care.

If you want Doctors and a practice that don't rush you out the door, and take the time to understand and listen to your issues, this is the place!

I’ve been to the Rhodes Family Practice for over 10 years, I’ll never go anywhere else. Doctors there are so caring and knowledgeable, and receptionists there are always friendly and helpful. I trust the doctors there. They’re my family doctors, not just ordinary GPs to me. Highly recommend this family practice.

Have been to this clinic for a couple of years with excellent experiences with 3 different doctors as well as their receptionist in this clinic. They take their time understanding all concerns, are professional, empathetic and caring.

Very thorough exam of our 5 year old with a bad cough. Took a swab and identified it as mycoplasma pneumonia, prescribed azithromycin. Now cured! Eastwood medical centre twice dismissed the cough as "a virus" without taking a swab!!!
