My husband sees Dr Kimberley Ting. She is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. And a lovely lady. We've never had any issues with her at all.

Completely disgusted. I was called 2 weeks ago and told I was going to have an appointment and they just needed to check something then call me back to book.
Didn’t hear a single thing. So I called them today to be told that I HAD BEEN DECLINED.
No one had told me and I had to follow up myself.
Completely unprofessional and EXTREMELY frustrating when you are chronically ill. Clearly have no care for patients.

I tried to book an appointment today to see Dr Burnet and apparently new patients can't even have a tentative potential appt date before a referral letter comes through.

That means that if you need medical assistant from any rheumatologist that works at this private clinic, you just need to go blind, pay a GP to write random letters to several specialist to play your luck, make a list of calls, and cross your fingers and toes. Beg a doctor to see you, in proviso that "they accept your case" (yes, it sounds more like a lawyer practice to me, rather than a medical practice treating human beings bodies) is just not good medicine practice as a principle and a shame for citizens that deserve much better than this in SA.

Don't waste your time. You could be waiting for 6 - 12 months to just see them, not to mention following appts and tests to be run till they can diagnose you.

Completely ridiculous for patients that NEED help.

Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist staff, I'd save you the visit to a room where you are treated like you are nothing.

Absolutely PATHETIC place! Been referred here the last 2 years and have had numerous appointments cancelled after driving an hour each way and taking the day off work unpaid to attend only to find out my appointment was cancelled… no letter in the mail either! Liars!

A place that’s meant to help you when you’re having flare ups of your condition and to help manage it but instead cause more stress and mental anguish and frustration!!

I work as a nurse for SA health and need to be able to look after my health so that I can give back and help others in the community with my work. How can I help others when I can’t even help myself with my own health so that I can function?! Very very disappointing!

Girl on the phone was unhelpful and abrasive to the point of being rude. Immediately called my GP, complained of their unprofessionalism and was re-written a referral to another clinic all together. When your reception staff scare off clients from a simple phone call - there’s a problem.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Went as far as the commissioner and still no resolution - Rude staff and Dr's within this practice - Staff need serious training in regards to administration and learning how to book appointments and communicate with patients.- DO NOT BOOK HERE as Rheumatology SA and its staff and Dr's will give you more medical trauma then help.

Don’t deserve even 1 star, was waiting for appointment for 2 weeks, was asked to submit blood test results and after all of this they are telling they do not have space that my gp need to refer to another rheumatology, what a waist of time, no wonder they already have so low rating
