I have had semi-regular Reiki sessions with Matt for the last 4 months and have noticed subtle but consistent improvements in my mood, focus and mindset which has accelerated ny healing from chronic illness. During focussed healing sessions I have experienced large reductions in pain, as well as many insights into the root emotional and environmental causes. I would highly recommend Matt, his experience and calm, attentive manner provide a safe container for deep healing to take place.

During my first visit Matt immediately made me feel comfortable and was able to ask a number of questions to quickly understand how he could help. During the session I felt the most relaxed I have been in a long time, and could feel the energy flowing through my body. When I opened my eyes after the session I felt grounded, calm and like everything was clearer, as if I stepped out of the fog I was living in. This feeling has lasted and has not dissipated after sessions.
