I’ve had the most amazing experience with Ashgrove Revive
I felt like I was family with Physio and exercise physiologist
That helped me through some tough times and we’re there for me..
I’ve had three surgeries in 18 months before that was ongoing physio to see if it would help and rehab so I’ve been with them for awhile..2 Years and 4 months..

Must say that the shockwave therapy is amazing if anyone is battling with old injuries and things that won’t heal and they say you need more surgery give it a go.

The team are amazing and I’m not giving you my physios or Exercise physiologist name because I need to get my appointments with them?🤗 all the team/ reception are amazing ❤️🤗❤️

I went to revive in 2021 to rehab a ruptured ACL. Received outstanding care from physio Kara who helped me get back to netball. The team were lovely and helpful at all times. Always enjoyed going to my physio appointments with the great revive team. Thanks guys

I've been coming to Revive for massage and physio for a few years now when i've had injuries. All the staff are excellent. The physios have given me the knowledge and strategies to help me keep my chronic recurring knee and hip pain in check at home. They're very good at explaining things, and doing follow up. They run great personalised exercise small pilates sessions, where we each have our own programme to follow. I've been going to these for six months, and my body is so much stronger and pretty much pain free since I've been going.

Initially for Pilates and Physio but also massage and acupuncture. For the past few years I have been attending Lisa’s Exercise Physiology strength training classes and I’m really seeing the benefits! Small group training is great and Lisa is highly skilled, motivating and so supportive.

I’d experienced allot of discomfort in my hips/shoulders prior to coming to revive and was worried about how I’d cope in the forth coming days/weeks.

After being a regular patient at a remedial therapist down the road and another physio across the road from Revive and receiving little no to success with them, I decided to give Revive a shot.

I was seen by Maeve, and I don’t know how she did it, but she managed to find two points on my back that were giving me trouble instantaneously.

Long story short, I walked out of the studio 100% pain/discomfort free.
The team obviously have a good culture and it’s a very happy/fun environment to be in when visiting.

Highly recommend/light years ahead of any competitor that I’ve tried in the area.

I've just had my first physio treatment at Revive after ligament repair surgery around my ankle and it was amazing! I've not been able to walk properly since my foot came out of the medical boot and today for the first time I've gotten real relief and movement. The treatment was spot on and the results after a single treatment are incredible. Of course there is no single miracle treatment and we have a long way to go. If you are looking for professionals who know what they doing this is the place to go for sure.

Revive Ashgrove gave me my mobility back. After starting out mid last year only able to walk with the aid of crutches, I am walking unaided, and gaining in strength, fitness and confidence. The staff are all so wonderful, and the attention from physios, exercise physiologists and trained Pilates specialists makes the world of difference in my technique and progress. Five stars doesn't seem enough - they are infinitely stellar.
