As mentioned by many other reviewers, although Dr Margaret is a wonderful doctor and I have been a patient of her for 30 plus years, the receptionist staff here are very unprofessional, rude and not customer focused. Similar experience to other clients, even though one of the receptionist staff had made an error and not activated my account when she said she would and failed to follow through and write notes on my file, Sue was extremely rude and would not assist because I could not remember the name of who I spoke to and only the date and time. I recommend going elsewhere so you are not verbally abused and hung up on!!! Highly unprofessional practice!!!!

Enquired to make an appointment but the person taking my call said that they were not taking any new patients and literally hung up on me. I am very understanding of why they are not taking on new patients but this sort of treatment over the phone is rude and they definitely need training on customer service. Happy to not be dealing with them.

This is a team of Drs my family will follow for life. I have used this practice for years and could not go anywhere else. The Drs explain everything in great detail and have always been correct and precise.
All of the staff are exceptional. The receptionists are warm and friendly.
I cannot praise this team high enough!!

The person who wore about language difficulties is clearly deficient in hearing. They are a bloody fantastic group of doctors. This is a very genuine family practice. My first appointment nearly 20 years ago (recommended by my chiropractor), was followed up by a phone call to my home to see how I was. I have absolute faith in the ductors there and will never go anywhere else.

Only doctors I trust, they are extremely thorough and they always very clear and easily understood. I have been to many doctors but there is no place like phoenix medical practice as they actually care about the health and well-being of their patients. I see Dr Kylie Chu and she is absolutely amazing!

Everyone in the clinic is very friendly and professional. The reception personnel Rebecca and Billie King are most helpful, kind and pleasant. My doctor is Dr Margaret Than Trong. A very gifted and truly professional doctor. She is kind, friendly and will helped out in whatever way she can. Thank you so much Margaret, so lucky to have you as my doctor.

Probably the rudest medical team I have come across. Patronising, inconsiderate and terrible service. Kylie is thorough in her medical reviews but I wouldn’t expect any bed side manners.
