We are incredibly grateful for the support Savannah provided in helping us find the right aged care facility for our father. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Savannah guided us every step of the way, answered all our questions with patience and clarity, and made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Savannah and her team have been fantastic. Not just clearing the apartment but coordinating with all the other trades & subcontractors to make it as seamless as possible for us. Excellent communication skills and always prompt. She delivered on her promise and was able to sell the majority of the furniture for us. Savannah and her team at Retirement Care Solutions gave us great help and support in navigating the care options and availability of centres. An end-to-end solution in an area that can be a mine field for first timers. They organised tours of aged care facilities, contracts and helped with getting the best price point for us. They also helped in organising the Centrelink paperwork and ensuring the Means testing was completed and up to date. A great outcome for us and we are happy with the outcome and would recommend Savannah and her team at Retirement Care Solutions.

Savannah was referred to us by my brother's Home Care service & we were very happy with the way she helped us find a suitable home for him. Savannah knows details of all the homes in the area (I live interstate so had no idea of what was available), she took my brother to view a couple of places until he found one he liked. Savannah moved him there for 2 weeks respite, packing his things as I was too far away, & was always available to answer my queries.

We can't recommend Savannah Falzon highly enough - she arrived at our first meeting with such knowledge and confidence and has guided us through what is such an emotional time. To have someone in your court when you want the best for your Mum is such a Godsend. Instead of facing this journey alone we were so fortunate to have had Savannah at our side. It was such a shock to me when the doctors advised me that Peter, my husband, would most likely never walk again and would need to be placed in a nursing home. I was recommended to Retirement Solutions by the Brisbane Private Hospital and was very fortunate to gain the services of Savannah.
A nursing home was found quickly and her assistance with the paperwork for the home and Centrelink was very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Savannah to anyone seeking such help. Thank you Savannah. Clare
