Mon helped me with Remedial massage. Being postpartum, she helped with aches and pains I had from lifting and carrying baby, giving results, I felt so much better the next day. Mon was able to adjust her pressure to help release knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders. The room was also lovely, clean, warm, relaxing meditation music. She also used pregnancy safe skin products since I am still breastfeeding. I will be back!
