Where do I even begin to try and explain how gifted Thomas is as a Myotherapy & Reflexologist. I have found what I’ve been looking for, my body was needed TLC when it comes to massage treatments, this will be my go to once a month self care routine. My body felt alive my muscles felt alive after our session I felt muscles that I had not felt before twitching which is a good sign for me. I felt very comfortable with Thomas he is very warm and very inviting man. Last Thursday was my very first time going to Thomas I had a big day of meetings after meetings etc but to start the day of with his techniques gave me peace and strength to get through that day. I’ve never ever experienced a massage like this before. My abdomen was massaged and I felt a change in my stomach. I highly highly recommend Thomas and I look forward to my next appointment 10/10!

Thomas was very professional, provided some personalised information to help with further Physical Recovery, he was very informative and provided a great environment which is naturally calming, it’s never easy going to a new place but he was in tune and provided excellent service, highly recommend.
