Amazing experience in the float and red light sauna
The highlight was the compression boots it almost put me in a relaxation trance just what I need after my leg exercises at the gym the day before. Was not expecting the compression boots to feel and work so great. Will definitely be back! Loved it.

I go to the resthouse when my body is telling me I need to unwind and relax.
I usually book in for a massage and a float. These two hours are heavenly.
Carla is a great masseuse, targeting problem areas and i always come out feeling relaxed, rejuvenate, restored and realigned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for some R&R

Relaxation on another level! I had never tried float before and I’m so glad that I did. It was an hour of blissful calm and rejuvenation. I am 6 months pregnant and have been feeling stiff and achy and a one hour float was exactly what I needed. I also used the compression socks which felt like a wonderful massage and has completely cured the calf cramps I’ve been getting overnight. The staff are wonderful, and there are nice touches like free delicious tea. There is also a sauna and massage which I am booking in for next. I highly recommend this business!

I had my first float here just after the opening and had the most wonderful (and very eye opening) experience. It is my go-to wind down. Marina is so lovely.

I have been going on and off ever since, and recommended to friends, colleagues, family and patients/their carers at work.

Floating here also made me seek out float therapy when living in Paris.

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Rest House Float Centre!

I recently tried the float tanks at Rest House Float Centre in Melbourne and it was incredible! The staff were super friendly and explained everything clearly, making me feel at ease right away.

The facility is spotless and beautifully designed, creating a calming atmosphere. The float tanks themselves are spacious and high-tech. I felt completely weightless and deeply relaxed during my session. It was the perfect escape from stress, leaving me with a profound sense of calm and mental clarity.

I leave with a sense of caIm, the ambience is something else! There are so many reasons to keep returning as they have so many services available under one roof; float tanks, sauna, massage and compression therapy and all the amenities too; a great facility!

The best place in Melbourne to relax and recharge. I’ve been coming here since 2016 and not only has floating improved my life, this float centre is the best in Melbourne! The staff are so helpful and friendly, the vibe is so relaxing and it’s always the perfect temperature. Floating has improved my sleep, skin and recovering from achy muscles. Rest house is a must try experience, you will be hooked!
