Jodi the practice manager is fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble, she is customer focused and the centre runs to time, no waiting hours for your appointment like some places. I made a normal appointment for an iron infusion, my error, as it needed a different appointment booked, Jodi stopped what she was doing so I could still get it done. A wonderful asset to your business, please pass this to her manager, she needs to be your employee of the year!

Just visited Resolve Medical centre for our Shingles vaccine. The practice is new and they were extremely friendly and professional. The practice manager Jodi was a delight, we will certainly be using them again, as our regular practice was fully booked for two weeks and cancelled our vaccine booking a day before it was due. Well done Resolve.

Can’t speak highly enough of this clinic! Lovely reception staff and doctors! Just had an iron infusion with Jodie and what a wonderful experience! Jodie was so caring and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and was just great to have a chat with! Felt in great hands from the minute I walked in.

We are occasional clients of this clinic as our family have a Dr and clinic elsewhere that we have been with for 40 years.
Regardless of that, we have found the Resolve Clinic Dr, Nurse, and front desk staff to be very thorough and professional and engaging with their attention to us when we have attended. Should our current Dr retire, we feel that Resolve Medical Sunbury could be our next clinic to attend.

Fantastic reception staff, Jodie is always willing to go above and beyond for patients with a smile on her face. Great environment and always easy to book an appointment online to see any of the great doctors.

Have had a good experience here every time. Very short wait times, booking spacing seems to be correct, the doctors don't seem to run over time in appointments. You are also able to book a longer consult if needed.
Staff at the front desk are always pleasant and welcoming, and Jodi (practice manager/nurse) is absolutely lovely. She goes out of her way to look after patients.
