First visit today and came away from my appointment as a very happy customer. Excellent service provided by Atifa ( podiatrist) and Maureen the receptionist. All my issues were addressed in a very professional way and I’ll follow the advice given and return for a follow up appointment in about 8 weeks.

UNPROFESSIONAL
I took my 12 year old daughter to this clinic for treatment of what we thought maybe an ingrown toenail. After several visits and her condition being treated for hypergranulation query injury under hard lump there were no changes. Third visit diagnosed with keloid scar by another podiatrist from a photo taken by the treating podiatrist. Advised to continue with current treatment applying betadine and dressing to the big toe. At no stage was an X-ray ordered to confirm my daughter’s condition. Only after questioning the treating podiatrist on the four visit that the hard lump was still present and her condition had not changed the same approach was taken of taking a photo and showing it to another podiatrist. Not once did the other podiatrist take the time to come into the room and look at my daughters big toe before advising the treating podiatrist their clinical opinion and recommendation of treatment. I was advised nothing further could be done and given a list of names of orthopaedic surgeons. My daughter had a bone growth called oestochondroma.which needed to be surgical removed. This was done within 2 days of my daughters appointment with the orthopaedic surgeon. The orthopaedic foot surgeon was surprised about the type of treatment my daughter received and assumed diagnosis of the condition without proper clinical investigation of the situation. He could see how distressed my daughter was for she had to put up with the misdiagnosis of this condition for 4 weeks which was very unpleasant for her and upsetting for me to witness as a mother . He advised me to ask for a refund on unnecessary and costly treatment received. I contacted the manager at the clinic via email and was only seeking a refund of treatment received for the last 2 visits and was refused. The manager has not taken the time to call me and discuss the situation. Instead in email stated that the orthopaedic surgeon must have a crystal ball to know what condition my daughter had and they wish they had one too. No it is called best practice by making the right clinical decisions in order to correctly diagnose a condition

I have had many visits to this clinic and have been looked after by Claire and the team for over a year. Each visit is enjoyable since the staff are very friendly, professional and quick. I had two surgeries in this clinic on my big toes - both have healed amazingly quick and now I don't suffer from any ingrown toenails on those big toes anymore! Thanks to the wonderful team.

Very nice people, most helpful and had all requirements necessary to treat my grand daughter, including having a moon boot in stock and fitting her at the same time. This included helping her to walk up and down stairs, and adjusting with her crutches. I am very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend their clinic. Lesley Appleyard

An aha moment - visiting this practice is an eye opener. Caring for the “feet” is an absolute important part of overall well being.
ABBA - is amazingly thorough and knowledgeable. My wife & myself have gained an enormous amount of information and understanding of the discipline (Podiatry) in this visit. Thank you ABBA - you are most helpful and a very pleasant practitioner.

Had a really good experience with Aba here, I spent way too long with bad foot pain and after getting orthotics he didn't stop trying to get it better and better even when I thought it was as good as it could get he suggested some changes that made them even better. Went above and beyond and was genuinely interested in making my foot pain go away.
