I hit a wall and realized I could not do life the way it was unfolding anymore, like a big bad scary wall, I had hit lots of little walls but at 45yrs old this was the one to stop me. I had tried so many medications, every therapy know to man. Still miserable, still depressed. Still loving being the victim. I know all the theory around how to live life but could not seem to have any break throughs. I did a lot of research and out of everything, I liked the idea of the one on one retreat. I remember thinking how could the focus just be on me for 10 days. Surely I am not worthy of that.
This experience has liberated me and I now have my eyes open and I can hear. I walk the same path each morning on my walk and yesterday, stopped looked up and could not believe what I saw (photo below - I never actually took in the beauty of the walk I was on) I hear my brain telling me stories. I feel emotions in my body and I trust myself now to pause, and listen to what my body is communicating. I then think. What is this message is it true, is it not. I understand my life story and the role it played. I understand how I was running on autopilot wishing for life to be different and doing the same things over and over and getting the same results. Getting more depressed and more anxious.

Now. I love myself. I am worthy and I am connected to everything.
What has happened has happened. The future has not unfolded. So now, I try, and I keep trying to bring my self back to the present and choose who I am.
But I am choosing from a place of I am worthy.
This is life changing. In the continuous doing of this is what is life changing.
There was no magical pill (I frickin begged for it) it was just a pure love and a pure focus on just me that supported me to understand, unpack and RENEW my life.

To Jaye and your team, you have made a massive impact on my life, my 6 children, my family and my community and I as I show up I am like the rock in the pond with ripples going out.
The work you do, I believe has saved my life. With gratitude I take this gift and I keep trying to show up, and be and live the life I always dreamed of.

The food is amazing, accomodation great, the magic for me was that it was all about me - One on One - love and support.
