Highly, highly recommend! I have been seeing Krystal due to recommendation. They were not wrong. Krystal targets and alleviates muscle pain each time I see her. Krystal is highly professional and an expert in her field. She uses her expertise to recommend exercises that are simple and achievable to maintain and develop strength in the target areas at home. Krystal is extremely a talented, she was totally in tuned to what i needed and focussed on all the areas i asked her to. Her pressure was perfect and always made sure i was comfortable. Her hands should be nominated for an award as they feel like silk.
