Over the past 12 months, Ivan and Christina have kept me injury free and feeling amazing as I prepare for my first major endurance event. Christina is brilliant. I had a massage with Ivan to relieve some spasming in my back and shoulder impingement. I was really impressed with his techniques and knowledge. After a gruelling interstate move and caring for my elderly mother, I am so happy to have come across Ivan to bring me back to health. Ivan is fantastic! He gets into the knots, and I always leave being able to move much better than when I go in. He has also given me stretches to do between massages that are relevant to the muscle areas I struggle with.
