My partner put me onto Rejuvenex to see there saunas and I definitely walked into the right place from stepping inside the 6person barrel cedar sauna I was in love made a deposit straight away and service was perfect and easy .
I than asked for them to fit the sauna as soon as possible my booking was for the following week and the two men that came to fit the sauna where 5star very nice and professional and attention to detail.
I’m in it 3 times a day 🤣🙏🙏🙏🙏 5stars

I cannot give less than a five star rating as I know it cripples small businesses. Jesse is a lovely guy and his service was above and beyond. But I still feel the need to warn buyers of the Arctic Oasis chiller unit. The unit had to be Repaired twice during the warranty period, Unfortunately, after the second repair it was the middle of winter and was well into summer before I connected it again. It ran for two weeks and failed. It was out of warranty by this stage, but Jesse repaired it Out of Goodwill. I have since had to repair it four times myself. I think I have come to the end of the road and will be scrapping it after a total of about four months actual running time. The bath itself is well-made, and maybe I have a dud, but I can’t help but feel extremely gypped after paying 3 1/2 grand and it’s dead the next summer. I reiterate Jesse and his Service are second to none, I just wanted to warn people about this Particular product.

Purchased and installed within a week. Was a really easy transaction , delivered and set up by the kindest guys. Victor and Max were so lovely and accommodating to my questions during the installation process.

The finishes are what you pay for (meaning great price, few bumps and lumps in the wood etc) however this is the cheapest sauna/ice bath combo you can get on the market. Trust me I did the research.

Highly recommend these lads.

Heads up for anyone looking to purchase a sauna. One thing I wish was a little clearer, was the power outlet requirements. Ended up having to pay 4K for my electrician to change the switchboard to accomodate the electrical needs. Albeit I’m in an old house… was an unexpected cost that could have been avoided with more human interaction.
