The massage with John itself was great. Great skills and he certainly knows the muscles and how to massage. 🙏
I booked in for a 90 min full body massage focusing on my neck and legs/carves. As my neck is very tight from working on the laptop. Unfortunately he only did the back of my body and didn't do the front of my body. I was quite disappointed as I told him beforehand that I want him to focus on my legs and neck and then I didn't even get all of my legs massaged. He did only the back of my legs and the neck briefly.
He said he will add some more time next time to make up for it as it might have been a miscommunication issue. At the moment I don't feel like going back as I spent $160 and I didn't even get the main issue I came for addressed. My neck is still tight and sore just like before.
But he did massage the back of my carved very well and it feels much better there.

John has hands of steel and iron.

This is not a massage for the faint of heart. A good remedial massage is meant to hurt.

I went in hardly able to move because of my lower back pain and left a new man.

So worth it. Go there if you want serious results!

Very professional excellent massage and the therapists are highly skilled. They also offer a sofa chair in massage room if a parent has to sit in on massage for younger clients which is very helpful and you just have to book ahead. There is also the best chiro in the same building so you can do both:)

I normally see Naomi who is amazing at massage and working out all my knots, Naomi is super lovely and caring.
A couple of times I’ve needed a massage desperately and have seen Taka, who is also amazing and is like a heat seeking missile and hunts down what is making you ache and gets it fixed. Everyone at Rejuvenate is super professional my family and I have been going for over a year and continually recommend them. Give them a go you will not be disappointed ☺️
