We are an exercise physiology clinic that works closely with Miss. Monique Borg. Monique is highly regarded as an exceptional senior rehab consultant and provides her patients with a high standard of service. We have referred multiple work cover patient's to Monique to ensure they are assisted with a gold standard approach for their return to work plan. We highly recommend Monique to any patients that require her services.

Just be aware that they will have their own agenda opposed to yours and can actually hinder your rehabilitation.

First off, my consultant was an absolute joke. I wish I never dealt with him because he caused more drama and pain than actually helping me. I think one of the worst things was him dismissing my concerns and Imposing on every medical appt when I told him I was not comfortable with him attending. I understand that there are case conferences and what not but turning up to appointments which aren't meant for him to attend really made me uncomfortable.

Once I called him out for the lack of support he was providing, the joke of a rehab consultant removed himself from my case to which his manager had to take over which I think is pretty cowardly on his behalf.

They both tried to "help" me by just advising me give up my current career and start again and then have the audacity to produce a CV that looked like it was done by a 16 yr old trying to get work at a fast food restaurant.

That is not rehabilitation. That is a band aid fix for the client but a permanent fix for them as they can just wipe their hands and close your case and not to mention bill hrs on your case but not actually do anything.

My advice is to be firm and remember you are in charge of your rehabilitation not them. I do hope that the consultant reads this review because he needs to think about his own career because I don't think this line of work is for him.

So disappointed from this company I chose them myself for my workers comp thought I had a very good rehab manager Michelle. As time went on no communication from her she did not show up for the meeting with my surgeon even recent emails sent to her no reply.
I thought I had it's a reputable company getting a very good rehab manager obviously I was wrong and do not recommend this place at all.
Gave her the flick and moved on
