I cannot recommend Heidi highly enough. Heidi has been seeing both my children for a number of years. Heidi has supported my family through a number of concerns and has an amazing way of engaging with the kids. She has helped implement a number of strategies and response well to concerns and feedback.
Heidi has an inviting and calming premises. This is easy to access and great parking.

Heidi has been seeing my daughter for an extended period of time due to her having a few medical and emotional issues. She connected with Heidi on day one and we’ve never looked back. As a teenager it was important for me that she was comfortable with attending on her own and always comes out the door with a sense of relief on her face after downloading with Heidi. She’s been accomodating with changing times due to school and medical appointments. I can highly recommend Refocus therapy if you need support with your child.

Our son has been going to Heidi for the past 5 years, due to mental health issues he suffered from depression and anxiety. Over the years Heidi has taught him the tools to use to help him deal with his emotions and any situation that comes along. The change in him over the years has been amazing , his confidence and self esteem has grown. Our son has gone from not wanting to join in with sports and activities at school to now loving his sport and enjoying his school life.
Our family’s GP of 10 years has commented on how far our son has come. He now recommends Heidi to his mental health patients. We can’t thank Heidi enough for the support she has given our son. Highly recommend Heidi.

I'm sure she had good intentions but Heidi should stick to the parameters of her role and respect parents' boundaries. We took our child to see her for counselling, not have the reasons behind our life choices questioned and scrutinised. Nor did we ask for her opinions or doubts about medical history or for her unqualified evaluation of our child's development - areas already addressed with the relevant experts which she was aware of. We felt she patronised us and belittled our opinions and the experiences we confided in her about our child. As parents who have prioritised and sacrificed greatly for the wellbeing of our child, it was rather deflating working with her, given she had nothing positive to say about our child or our family.
