The moment you walk in the whole experience is comfortable. Being my first experience I was nervous and unsure what to expect but I was put at ease instantly. The whole experience is 10/10 from start to finish and you leave feeling happy and more confident in yourself and excited about your skin journey.
DR. Findlay goes above and beyond and takes incredible pride in his work and patient care which makes you feel safe and in excellent hands.
He explains everything in such a way that you can understand your own skin and follows up on your progress and treatments regularly to ensure the best standard for you.

Words cannot explain how relieved I feel to have met Dr Findlay. To find a doctor-led clinic with a professional, science based, transparent approach is rare in my experience. I would suggest to just make an appointment with Dr Findlay, talk with him and you will understand. My skin care routine is now stress free. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Refine Medical Aesthetics and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the clinic radiated professionalism and warmth. Dr Findlay and Romana were welcoming and attentive, instantly putting me at ease.

I went in for a skin care consultation and enquired about (my first ever) Botox. Dr Findlay was nothing short of incredible. He took the time to thoroughly assess my skin, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided tailored recommendations. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and I felt completely confident in his care. The personalized skincare regimen he recommended has already made a noticeable difference in my complexion! As a bonus, I didn’t feel pressured to buy all the products he recommended and they were all very reasonably priced!!!

I also considered getting Botox on that day but as Dr Findlay noticed I was slightly anxious he provided me with the consultation and encouraged me to go home to think about it instead of trying to talk me into getting it done. I love how thoughtful and not pushy he was as it really showed how much he cares about his patients and their overall experience!

A week later I decided to go back for my Botox and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr Findlay was meticulous and gentle, explaining every step of the procedure and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The results are natural and subtle – exactly what I wanted. I feel refreshed and more confident, without looking “overdone.”

Overall, the experience at Refine Medical Aesthetics was outstanding. If you’re looking for expert advice and treatments in a friendly, professional setting, I highly recommend them! Surely the best Botox in Bairnsdale/surrounding areas, I can’t imagine anyone else being more knowledgeable and caring!
