This place is operated by Redlands Hospital so therefore it is a matter of being prepared to turn up to your appointment and wait with everyone else arriving at the same time, then hope the person you are seeing actually turns up sometime near the appointment time itself. Be prepared for a long wait. However in saying that, it is free and lots of sick people around all the time and I would rather have a late Dr due to them giving quality care to the person before me than some who doesn't really care. So I am more than happy to wait. Nurses rule and love their awesome abilities and kind nature. Administration does their best and are always busy doing their thing. Thanks to all asset's in our health care system.
