I feel like Fiona and Debbie saved my life today after my first visit here. The staff were absolutely wonderful and I’m very much appreciative of a service like this that is available to people with mental illness. Thank you again wonderful ladies.

Knew the my mental health issues as well as the fact that I was dealing with an injury that left Me unable to get back to work and he told me if I couldn’t attend group therapy and or volunteer work that they would be unable to help me with my mental health problems. I told him that I wouldn’t feel comfortable with group therapy and also that if I was able to volunteer somewhere that I would rather be back at work not sitting around home all day. We ended my second appointment with him giving me an ultimatum and he said that the centre was not able to help. I felt pretty disappointed to open up about all the trauma from my childhood in great detail for no reason whatsoever. Avoid this place.

Thank God for this organization and location as it has undoubtedly saved many lives as well as increasing the quality of life and many people.

Went in for a test on Tuesday around 9am, and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. The staff were all lovely, and the lady who took my test made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. I received my results in 36 hours which is around the same amount of time it took when I previously got tested at RPA.

Just had my COVID test. The staff from the security guard to the people organising the us in the waiting room to the nurses running the tests, they all were so nice and professional. Made me feel at ease and the whole experience was quick and not too painful.

Very well organise place, the nurse are very friendly and they give you also free water and hand sanitiser while you are waiting in line, I got more than 5 hours before get tested. Just a problem, after 5 days I didn't receive any result yet and the phone line is always busy. At this point the 7 days you must isolate if positive are almost gone....

What a fantastic bunch of people that work in this testing clinic . Well organised and efficient, calm , kind and friendly , despite the hard work they do . Thank you for looking after us so well while we were in the queue. I received my test result within 24hrs.

There are long wait times, and then there are 5 hour wait times.
The staff, while trying to do their best, seemed flustered with the amount of people. Operations didn’t come across as the most organized not smooth.
Maybe try another testing test if you’re short on time, especially as a large section of the line is in the midday sun and no shade has been provided for people waiting in line.
