I'm abit disappointed. The web page say they are open til 1pm on Saturdays. The voice message says its not open at all.. UPDATE your time table Red Edge.

A medium sized practice with several doctors. the practice is in the 1 floor. The team is very helpful and I got an appointment very quickly. The doctor quickly recognized my problem and was able to remedy the situation quickly. The practice is easily accessible via an elevator. Parking is also available. from me full 5 stars

I have been to this surgery quite a few times over the years, and I have filled in the details of my medical conditions even though it is not my normal GP. When I tested positive for Covid I contacted them to see if I could get the antivirals as i have a compromised immune system they told me they would not be able to help and to use a after hours GP service. Will not be using them again

Presented with acute tonsillitis with very visible symptoms along with severe swelling of the glands. Was unable to talk properly or swallow. Tried to advise the doctor, how I was treated for it previously as it was extremely effective. Also advised I had been hospitalised in the past because of tonsillitis. Doctor refused to listen to any of my symptoms and refused to medicate properly. I was misdiagnosed and sent home. Few hours later my condition was severely worse, I was in excruciating pain and unable to swallow anything. I was hospitalised and the hospital doctor couldn’t understand how this surgery miss diagnosed it. After being put on the CORRECT antibiotics and medication from the hospital doctor, within 6hrs I dramatically improved. Will be calling on Monday to submit an official complaint and strongly recommend NOT going here. Misdiagnosed twice by a doctor at this surgery and have never been so horrified by a so called medical professional.

Horrific clinic, went for a appointment with Dr mendis through DVA, still charged me the full fee even though it was covered under the card. They even got my prescription wrong
