I can’t recommend Sam from Recuperate Health enough! I was struggling with intense shoulder and back pain that no doctor seemed to be able to help with, but Sam’s expertise and approach have truly been life-changing.

My first appointment with Sam, highly recommended by a friend. I have a very long story with complex issues going on body, mind, spirit. Too early to tell but Sam sat and listened and empathized showing lots of patience no sign of judgement. We got started with some exploring and I am confident he concurs with my suspicions and though I don't know the absolute resolve of what we suspect, I am happy to commit to works with Sam. Sam is a top-shelf healer and therapist. His knowledge base and generosity is second to none.
