AMAZING! The facilities are very clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Honestly for $70 I thought the price was a bit steep, as my recovery room closer to home was cheaper. But after visiting I understand now and the $70 price tag seems cheap in comparison. The employee working the desk service was amazing and made me feel welcomed and his hospitality was amazing. He honestly was so accomodating and based on that alone I will be coming back. But the space and facility is very nice. Ice bath is top of the line and at a constant 5 degrees. Sauna is spacious and very clean. And the leg compression is atmospheric and very comfortable. And the time you get is very long for the price tag of $70. I 100% reccomend coming here for all recovery needs and will be visiting again in the future.

Incredible experience. Yousif guided my dad and I through our first contrast therapy + compression boots session and was very kind and insightful the whole time. Much needed recovery and highly recommend this place. 10/10

The most extreme experience I've ever had! I haven’t thought it would be this difficult. I did 2 rounds sauna and ice bath back to back. I recommend everyone to try it! Very clean place and friendly staff. Also, they provide a towel. Looking forward to staying in the cold water longer!! I will definitely be back here soon!
