I recently moved from seeing a physio (where I have seen small results over a couple of years) to three appointments with Jeremy and my whole approach to everyday has changed for the better. I am more flexible, balanced and I move with more stability than I ever have. I have always had a very tight and stiff back and legs which has led to problems with my knees. After three sessions with Jeremy I am running again (with no knee pain) and feeling absolutely fabulous and loose! Jeremy is a friendly, honest health professional with whom you can trust.
After two years with a toddler I was experiencing back and shoulder pain. It was Jeremy that highlighted to me that it was my post baby posture and holding my daughter on my hip with one arm that was causing my back to be all twisted.
After a few sessions I felt fantastic and all the pain disappeared.
Fast forward 5 years and I am still seeing Jeremy for regular treatments to reduce muscle tension in my back and keep on top of my posture as part of my health and wellness plan.

I think the biggest endorsement of Jeremy is the fact that he has worked his magic on me for 13+ years.  He is my trusted health professional. I played local AFL well into my mid 40’s and now I’m paying the price but Jeremy has been able to put me back together. A lifetime of playing AFL, a few marathons and a demanding career with lots of travel takes its toll on the best of us. Certainly a very experienced professional.
