Lack of explaining and miscommunication before the invoice coming.
Thank you for your response. I have been with NDIS since NDIS started. I know how some service providers to charge us and try to use NDIS fund. It is the first time I heard the report would be taken for 15 hours. If you really sent to me the invoice like that, I would definitely complain your service by NDIS.
