The reception staff are always a pleasure to deal with they are patient and always on top on my appointments, especially Morgan very polite, helpful and thoughtful. Been seeing Sam Hunter for a while and would highly recommend him.

Waiting 6 weeks for admin to communicate with ICARE. Still can’t get an assesment after a nervous breakdown. Now I have to find a new serve provider. As a qualified Social Worker this is inexcusable. If your on the edge, Read Clinics service would probably help push you over the edge. Stay well away.

Absolutely appalling service.
I called over a week ago and cancelled my daughter’s appointment for this morning as we were going away to visit family before Christmas. Only to be contacted this morning asking where we were and if we were planning on showing up - I advised I cancelled over a week ago, I was then asked to provide proof of that by showing a screen shot of my call log from the day I cancelled.
I said I would do so but they will have to wait until Wednesday next week as I am on annual leave and do not have my work phone with me, but considering the way I was being spoken to and treated as it was very obvious they did not believe me - I requested to have all future appointments cancelled.
The Read Clinic then still went ahead and deducted the full cancellation fee from my account after I told them I would send the screenshot through next week.
When I called to ask WHY they took the money from my account I was met with a rude know it all who wouldn’t let me get a word in.
Considering people are going to this clinic for psychology purposes - I would say avoid at all costs. It’s only about the money for them, not helping ppl!

My experience has been so pleasant, from the moment i walked in my impression of the clinic was lovley. The reception staff greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. I was made to feel very comfortable during my visit and am so happy that I have found a place that displays such a high standard of care towards its patient's. Thank you READ clinic.
