The reception ladies are very friendly and helpful, the nurses are very friendly and very professional and there is a pathology clinic on site and the staff are extremely good.
But the most important thing is that the doctors are extremely good, plus there is an equal amount of male and female doctors for you to choose from depending on your needs and preferences.

My son was denied a script with type one diabetes, his pump broke night previously, I use public transport, these are my local doctors we just moved in,with no help, plus totally rejected for any assistance today or even for a week. No new Patients. I can't believe this practice in Ravenswood. I'm shocked that they can reject a situation like this

Waited over an hour for a short appointment at 11 in the morning. How a appointment based clinic could be over an hour late that early in the morning is absolutely disgraceful.

If you cannot stick to your appointment times you should not be making them. Completely unacceptable.

I love my doctor here, she is very thorough and genuinely cares.
However, I needed a blood test and was told to take a number, mine was 25 (the next number was 1) I sat in the waited from 11.40 until 12.15 when I decided to ask the receptionists if the nurse had finished for the day or was she busy. I stated how long I had sat waiting and was told by the blonde person ' there are other patients in front of you' I knew there wasn't because I had seen number 24 go in and come out, making me the next to go in. Then was asked if I had rung the bell? Umm What bell? If I don't know there's a bell, I can't ring it, Can I! I left and will return another day!

I needed to see a doctor and get a prescription and was turned away. Made an appointment online and didn’t consider myself New Patient as I had been there before. Told I was a new patient despite receptionist being able to check me in, then said couldn’t find my records. She suggested I go walk-in to the other Bridge Family Practice or go to the chemist. So despite having an appointment and the surgery was not crowded, I was turned away. I was too ill and stunned to react.. I couldn’t believe it!! Still can’t believe it happened. Definitely not a caring family practice.

I cannot recommend this place enough.
After calling SIX different doctors, no one was wanting to see my son. Violet was so helpful, so supportive and so beautiful. She squeezed me in and I am so thankful she did, my son was having a hard time breathing. Dr Ruiz was amazing with him, she sang and had bubbles going to distract him from being on a nebulizer. They service and care I got I've never experienced! I will never go anywhere else again. HIGHLY OVER THE MOON RECOMMEND

Went to book my kids in for the covid vaccine. They wouldn't accept my appointment because we don't live in Ravenswood, despite having spots available. I'm a health worker, therefore when the borders open, we are high risk of exposure. Absolutely disgraceful that as a place who is meant to promote health, we are turned away because we are out of area.
