The items were received in good order.
They're all good quality, great prices and do the intended job as described.

Unfortunately I'm giving you 4 stars as the delivery wasn't as fast as expected - I placed an order before 5pm on a Thursday and the items arrived the following Monday.
It was rapid, just not as rapid as I expected it to be considering the advertisement of next day delivery if ordering before 5pm.

On the other hand, customer service response times are great and the website is easy to use.

The bathmat arrived in perfect condition and on scheduled date. It is of exceptional quality. The only problem I had was that I had to unwind and keep it pressed down for a few days in order for the mat to uncurl on the ends. Given time it will soften and straighten out.

Oh my goodness I ordered in the afternoon and received the walker the next day in the morning. Amazing. My Dad also would not use the normal walker we had for him so I bought this one and the first day he tried and loved it. It’s been one week and he is up walking again after not really doing much for six months.
