ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
The staff, nurses, specialist & doctors are wonderful. They are highly professional and truly caring - they look after you very well, putting you at ease and make sure that you are informed and as comfortable as possible - no matter what kind of procedure you have been booked in for. I had 3 different procedures there. THANK YOU TO ALL FOR LOOKING AFTER ME!
One area to look into: there is always a long waiting times in the small, cramped waiting room prior to treatment. Not sure why that is? Last time I had to sit there for over 2 hours to wait for my turn.

Went in for a small procedure today and was blown away by the customer service … from start to finish the staff go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. The front admin staff are polite and friendly and always smiling. The nurses were awesome - extremely friendly and great sense of humour (huge shout out to Jen and Bernie?). These guys are fantastic they have restored my faith in hospitals … keep up the fantastic work

Fantastic, friendly and experienced staff! From the very lovely receptionist, to the beautiful nurses and care team who looked after me - thank you. Having panic attacks is unpleasant but this whole experience with the team left me at ease. Happy, friendly and accommodating - they thought of absolutely everything. To the lovely Jen and Michelle -two great nurses- and to the others, you are incredible professionals and pros at what you do. Best place to go, especially for those who suffer anxiety for dental surgery! Cannot recommend this place enough.

I had a procedure done 2 days ago at Ramsay Surgical Centre in Cairns. From the reception to the operating room all staff very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice. A truly 5 star Surgical Centre.

Already highly anxious about having a procedure and being a nurse myself makes things slightly uneasy. It was a first experience being the patient. But you know what! I was in the best possible care. The team treated me like everyone else, with respect, kindness and professionalism. My anaesthetic was the best sleep I'd had in a long time.

Recently my daughter had to have an endoscopy and she was quite nervous about it. But from the moment we entered, everyone was so wonderful. From the admin workers to the nurses and doctors. Everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly. I was just blown away by the excellent service we had. Everything was explained in a way that anyone could understand. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this stressful procedure much nicer and calmer!
