I would like to thank Dr Yanco for his professionalism and his expertise today.
Dr Yanco called me while my Dad was in surgery with him to explain to me my Dads current health issues which I appreciated.
Dr Yanco informed me well and made time to explain exactly what was happening and what needs to be done to assist my Dad.

I would also like to thank Dr George who is an excellent GP. We have ongoing phone calls regarding my loved ones health issues.
I have found Dr George to be kind and goes out of her way to make sure that she offers high standards of care.

I have also found the receptionists to be helpful and kind when I have called. It is a great Medical centre and I would highly recommend it.

Do not go there!

Receptionist staff wouldn't know the meaning of the word compassion, too wrapped up in their own self importance and busy chatting amongst themselves. They couldn't care less about the sick people waiting, or attending to them. Whoever hires the staff has no idea. Terrible attitudes! Also the wait times are ridiculous. They tell you 30 mins then you're left waiting over an hour. I understand if others are more urgent, but this happens all the time. Their system doesn't work and they need new staff. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Ramsey Street especially Dr Anita who squeezed me in for a short notice appointment to view an MRI. Dr Yanco rang me back today after checking my CT scan to reveal the cause of my injury. More amazingly he managed to get me into a hip clinic to treat the injury promptly so I can fly home on Friday. Amazing teamwork from the reception staff through to the professionals. I am very grateful.

I have been going to this medical centre with my husband for many years and my sons also attend. The staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating to our requests. The centre offers vaccination and pathology services amongst many other services. We have seen many drs here over the years, Dr Verma is wonderful, as is Dr John Yanco who is absolutely fantastic. He is thorough, caring, understanding and extremely professional. He always gets to the bottom of the medical issues presented to him and takes the time to explain diagnoses/ results. We are very happy with Ramsey Street Medical Centre.

I have always found the Doctors and Receptionists to be very helpful and accommodating! My doctor is Dr. John Yanco, I find him very thorough and attentive to detail, a true professional like most of his colleagues in the practice, which I have also seen over the years! Have been attending the centre for a lot of years. Yes, there may be a long wait at times, but it is a very busy centre....is just not 'locals' attending.
Due to the the various skills of all the staff - front desk & doctors etc it is worth the wait. I find a phone call to the centre to enquire about wait times is helpful. I would recommend the Ramsay Street Medical Centre to friends & family.
