Ramsay Clinic Macarthur is a private mental health unit situated in a residential area that is a short walk away from Campbelltown Queen St CBD area. Its ‘tucked away’ nature provides quiet and privacy for the people staying in the unit.

As a patient, you are seen by a psychiatrist twice a week and receive daily structured psychological group therapy which can help give you skills to guide you through the difficult experience that you may be trying to get through.

While working here, I have had the satisfaction of seeing patients gaining life skills and improving their lives.

To become a patient, you will need a doctor’s referral and would often need private health insurance. The Easy Access admissions staff are always happy to discuss your situation and answer any questions.

The level of care and attention you receive from staff is unrivalled. Nursing staff at Ramsay clinic MacArthur did the amazing job during my stay as an inpatient. They did their best to make my stay comfortable. They were quite knowledgeable ,decisive and resilient. They helped me in each and every step to support my mental health. I am really grateful to be looked after by the amazing staff such as Wendy, Ranjini, Laura and Rahul. Apart from nursing staff, Shana (CEO) is an amazing leader and is quite understanding and is always ready to listen to the patients, despite being so busy. She is undeniably too good. I would like to say a big thank you for all that you did to make my stay an absolutely amazing and easy one in the four and a half weeks i was there as an inpatient . I could not of asked for a better stay. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an inpatient admission as they will not go wrong. I have been to many facilities and this is by far the best, have improved immensely since my last admission a year ago. I could not speak highly enough. this admission i was under Dr A Potter who was amazing overall. Everyone of the staff go above and behond for their patients and all work as a team from Dr modem, reception ladies to admissions, Roshni, sharna CEO, NUM'S Laura and Ranjini, the Chef's (best food i have ever eaten) and specially the cleaners, not to mention the nurses Rahul,Megan,Mimi,Pamela,Ashneel,Wendy and the rest of the nursing staff Especially the CMO, Dr Daniel Lou, pathologists, psychologists and facilitators,fun Mary,Olga and Katrina and everyone i have missed naming. I have to say this was by far my best stay. i have never felt so good leaving this place. I left there a completely different person, able to function and had so much energy, it has been so worth while and absolutely paid off. I can't thank this clinic enough . I am so very grateful to have this place available to me, if i ever need it in the future. So many people have noticed a massive difference in me since i left the clinic.
I highly recommend this facility, they are all amazing. I had three trips to campbelltown public hospital by ambos due to medical health problems that Dr Daniel had picked up on. Everyone is more than just welcoming, i felt alway well cared for and respected. they have always had my full interest at heart. And not to mentions all the lovely and friendly people i mete also while i was in there. So there will always be hope there within your mental health when you go to this clinic

I am a regular at RCM as inpatient and in DBT.
This clinic is ran by the most caring, professional, kind and attending nurses and psychologist. Sharna is very approachable and always working hard to ensure everything is running smoothly.

There extensive knowledge helps make this place great and safe to be in. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else for mental health treatments.

The psychiatrist are some of the best around. The are efficient and professional.

The kitchen and cleaning staff members are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Admissions and front desk people are great and do the best to their abilities, is it busy here and may take some time to get in but the wait is worth it.
