I have always had a terrible experience with this clinic and with DR because he is more focused on money than patient care. Even when we go to him seeking help, he doesn't listen properly and offers no advice. We had to ask for an MRI and CT scan, and he just said, "Okay, go ahead." However, I have since moved to a new medical center( Windsor road family practice) Winston hills where the doctors are very kind, attentive, and provide helpful advice, which has been a much better experience.

The centre offers a winning combination of friendly staff, expert medical care, and prime location, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking quality healthcare. The receptionists are a standout, consistently demonstrating kindness, patience, and helpfulness in their interactions with patients. And Dr. Manoj Singh is a true professional. He goes above and beyond by presenting multiple treatment options and thoroughly explaining each one, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.

The receptionist with Asian origin seems too much rude. She needs to improve her tone of speech. I would rate her as worst service. I have been visiting this centre for 4 years with my partner.

Please do not waste your time and go to this clinic if you need urgent medical aid!! Especially when Dr Surendra Khanal is there. My mother had cut her hand, and I took her to this medical centre so they could examine and check if the injury is severe or not or if she required stitches. When the nurse called Dr Khanal in and I explained the situation to him without even having the courtesy to examine my mother's wound, he just told us to go to the emergency room. I can't comprehend what type of Dr would refuse to examine a patients injury It's YOUR duty to check if the wound is deep or not, whether it requires stitches or to be cleansed/disinfected. You can tell he didn't want to treat my mother as it would have delayed him with his other appointments. I am very disappointed and disgusted by his actions.

We decided to go to our own GP the next day, and not only did our Dr examine my mother's wound, but he also disinfected and stitched it up and gave her the tetanus shot too. We told him our experience with Dr Khanal, and he said he definitely should not have done that and should have at least examined the injury before sending her away.
