Do not recommend! I did an X-ray & ultrasound. They told me the report will be ready in 2-3 days. It’s been over a week and it’s still not ready. I called them multiple times to follow up on it and they said it’s already put on urgent (this was a couple of days ago). I’m seeing the specialist today and ask if the specialist would have access to the images at least or if they can send it over. They said they’re not authorized to do so. Not helpful at all.

I’m very disappointed on my appointment day for growth scan. The sonographer performed the scan very quickly, seemed he was in rush and not showing pictures properly. He took hardly 5 minutes for the whole scan. He didn’t even scan all the baby’s organs and randomly took pictures.
I had good experience with my previous scan at the same place, which was done by different sonographer. But this time I am not happy at all. I waited 2.5 months to see my baby and was very excited for the scan. But my day was ruined. I wasn’t able to see all baby’s pictures.
Very bad experience.

Arrived 15 mins ahead of the appointment, despite the fact that I had forgotten to bring the referral letter.

Upon realizing this, I promptly asked if I could return home, which is only five minutes away, to fetch the letter. However, I was informed by the receptionist that this would not be possible, as even a one-minute delay past my appointment time would result in my appointment being canceled. Furthermore, I was told that completing the scan and then bringing the referral letter afterwards would not be accepted either, even though the clinic was able to accept a photo of the referral on my phone.

I contacted my doctor immediately, and they managed to email the referral to the clinic just as I was approaching the time when I needed to empty my bladder. Despite this urgency, I was still required to wait, and no one came out of any of the rooms to attend to me. It became apparent that the previous patients were still being seen and had not finished on time, further underscoring the lack of flexibility shown towards my situation.

This experience has left me quite frustrated, as I felt that customer's needs and circumstances were not reasonably considered, despite the fact that I had made every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I believe that some flexibility, particularly in urgent situations such as mine, would have greatly improved the quality of care and service.

I kindly ask the staff review the policies regarding appointment flexibility, especially when patients are doing their best to comply with requirements.

I had an appointment today at 2:00 pm, and I followed their instructions to arrive 30 minutes early. After waiting, when I started to filling the form, the receptionist informed me that I couldn’t get my X-ray done because their machine was broken. This was extremely frustrating as they didn’t notify me beforehand, despite me booking this appointment a week in advance. It felt like they waited until the last minute to let me know, wasting my time. The reception was chaotic, and the staff were busy and rude. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service."

Note: Normal abdominal Ultrasound is not bulk bill.
When I made an appointment for my mother, I asked if it was bulk bill and was told Yes. I asked again when I checked in on the day of the inspection, and the front desk also told me that would be bulk billed. But after my mother done the ultrasound, I discovered that there was still an out of pocket fee. My mother uses Bupa's insurance. Bupa will reimburse as much as Medicare reimburses. If it is really bulk billing, there will be no out of pocket fee. I checked the MBS item number and found that Bupa refunded me the amount reimbursed by Medicare, which further confirmed that this company had deceived me. I called to ask on the day and the front desk told me she didn't know. I asked if I could talk to the manager and she said the manager wasn't here. I don't care about the dozens of dollars, but you can't cheat. I don't want to waste any more time. I just write this comment in the hope that no one will be fooled again.

I attended for an elbow X-Ray during my lunch break. Unfortunatley the machine was out of service.
The staff member advised me to attend their other facility at Underwood.

I didnt have time so returned to work. Later that day my wife advised you can take a referral to any provider ( I was not aware of this). There is a Queensland x-ray only 500m away.

Why would your staff advise me to drive all the way to Underwood, when I could have almost walked up the road to have it completed?

I had one jelly bean (like just one) 3.5 hrs prior to my appointment coz my sugar was dropping the reception refused to do my abdominal scan while I called another clinic and they said that’s not a problem

The staff are extremely polite, atmosphere is very clean.
Dr A Bhasin has done 2 of my baby scans and very professional and takes pride in his work.
