Had a visit with the doctor today who i have been a client for many years. The visit included a ECG test plus many other tests. Her treatment and advice was exemplary and she is Number 1 in my eyes. Thanks to you and Boris.🙏

Great practice, came to Dr Herbert as a family with a newborn. Extremely empathetic, thorough and personable GP. Gives adequate time to listen to your concerns and opportunity to ask questions. Receptionist extremely kind, efficient and keeps you up to date on appointment times if they are running behind. Convenient location next to pharmacy and close to pathology. Nurse on site.

Due to moving residencies somewhat frequently over the last 10 odd years I’ve had a number of GPs. I can say, without any doubt, Dr Herbert is by far the most knowledgeable and ethical practitioner I’ve had the pleasure of being seen by and I hope to continue to see him as my primary physician for years to come.

Notably, Dr Herbert was recommended to me by a friend as quote ‘the most experienced and diligent doctor I’ve been a patient of’, and having now had the same experience, I will also be recommending Dr Herbert to friends and family for years to come.

Any negative reviews about waiting times- I’d urge you to take a minute to think about what that actually means. Dr Herbert will not rush his patients out of an appointment. He is there to help you, he’s not there to be a rotating door pocketing Medicare rebates (which is how I have felt is the case at a lot of other practices).

If that means a little bit longer waiting times on occasion, I’d accept that compromise any day and would urge anyone else to do the same- it’s indicative of his diligence and ethical conduct towards his patients, nothing less.

This is a wonderful local practice, not at all like the production-line medical centres! They actually remember you!
I am so grateful to find Dr Kerry Seeger who, not only has a great personality, but she provides options, and involves you in every decision, from medications, referral locations, and treatment options.
She is thorough, timely and the overall best GP I have ever had.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. Had an appointment for my little daughter on the weekend. Rang the clinic to ensure the appointment is confirmed and will be on time as my child was not feeling well. We were in the clinic on time but were informed that Doctor was running late so waited over 2 hour late for our appointment.

Wouldn’t recommend. Thought it was great I found a doctor available on the weekend. Doctor was running late so waited over 1 hour late for my appointment then had to call to try and get scan results through the week. I was told results had come in but Dr only works on weekends so wait til weekend. Called back on weekend and was told results hadn’t come in(?!) but wasn’t given any options, just silence. When I said I will follow up on Monday I was told I would then have to wait for the next weekend to have a call from the doctor.
Really unacceptable to make someone wait 2 weeks for test results.
Will be following up with test provider and having results sent to another doctor.

Was told they would confirm appointment via text. Never received. Stopped what I was doing to be on time for my morning appointment. Rang to confirm and the girl could have told me dr was running late but didn’t. Drove 30 mins to be there on time only to be told Dr is running 30 mins late. I walked out. It’s time Doctors started valuing other peoples time and running them selves on time or communicating with their patients to give them choices. Very annoyed.

I will not recommend this clinic on the weekends. Every time i go to this clinic the male doctor is always late. First time I waited for 40 mins, second time I waited for over 2 hours, third time I waited for 1hour40 mins. I found actually why he is always late. He talks a lot but nothing about my problem. He told me what happened when he was in the other country and when the COVID started, which I really did not care. Because I was running soooo late. He would not stop talking about his experience as a doctor for his whole life……..that is probably why he is always late?
